Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the deshislots platform. We do not allow minors to open accounts and we are strictly committed to preventing underage gambling. If any minor attempts to open an account, that account will be immediately cancelled and no deposited funds or bonuses will be returned.

1.2 Residency Eligibility

This platform is operated for residents of Bangladesh. You confirm that participating in online gaming or betting activities is lawful in your place of residence and you agree to comply with all applicable local laws.

1.3 Registration Process

To register an account you must provide accurate and complete information, including: your full name, date of birth, a valid email address and a Bangladeshi mobile number. We reserve the right to close any account registered with false information.

• Each person may open only one account.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened with the same mobile number or email address.
• Submission of identity documents (National ID / Passport) may be requested for account verification.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep the information provided at registration up to date at all times.

Account Management

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. deshislots will not be responsible for any misuse of the account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member at deshislots may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 KYC Verification

We reserve the right to verify the identity of members to ensure secure transactions and prevent fraudulent activity. The following documents may be requested prior to withdrawal:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID or Passport).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (screenshot of bKash / Nagad / Rocket account).
• Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

deshislots supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). All deposits are securely processed using SSL encryption technology.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For security purposes, withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in the same member's name.
• We reserve the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Completion of the verification process is mandatory at the time of withdrawal.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Every transaction must be completed through the account holder's own payment method. Violation of this policy may result in the account and associated funds being seized.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. All bonus offers have a specific validity period and any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.

• Slot games contribute 100% towards bonus wagering.
• The contribution rate for live casino and some table games towards bonus wagering may differ.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time.
• We reserve the right to cancel a bonus in cases of bonus abuse.
• Bonus offers may be changed or discontinued at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

deshislots has four VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level. The cashback rate is up to 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.4% at Silver level, 0.6% at Gold level and 0.8% at Platinum level. It is possible to reach higher levels through regular play.

Gameplay and Betting

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on deshislots are operated with fair play guaranteed. Our game software is independently verified and a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure random outcomes.

5.2 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If any game or round is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant bet amount will be returned to the account. deshislots will not be responsible for any bet outcomes resulting from software or hardware errors.

• The terms and conditions of the software provider operating the game also apply.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a network disconnection, we will attempt to restore the game state.
• If an inconsistent winning amount is displayed due to a system error, that win is not valid and will be considered void.
• In any dispute over a game result, our system logs will be considered final.

5.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned. We reserve the right to cancel bets placed on suspicious or manipulated matches.

Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 General Code of Conduct

All members are required to maintain courteous and lawful conduct while using the platform. Disrespectful or threatening behaviour towards other members is not acceptable.

6.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Using another person's account or transferring an account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Submitting false identity or documents.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.

8.3 Indemnification

If you breach these terms and conditions, you will be obligated to indemnify deshislots and its officers against any claims, damages or legal action.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by Us

deshislots reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 36 months).

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn subject to fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements before the account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

A monthly maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more. The relevant member will be notified in advance by email regarding the inactivity.
